The hotel staff are friendly especially Kate and Jenny. Overall the hotel is clean and the breakfast is ok. We loved our room very spacious and neat as well. The location is best since it's near tourist destinations. We had a good customer journey.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and accommodating — they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even gave us great recommendations on where to go and eat. Since we had to leave early for our trip to Sapa, they thoughtfully packed breakfast to go for us, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, comfortable, and overall excellent. Everything was perfect and well taken care of. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the food, but aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

All the staff are so nice, they are making good conversation and recommendations for us to try and visit as a first time travelers in Vietnam. they even packed a food for our breakfast since our flight is early in the morning. The location is perfect for us to go around the area with famous restaurants and spots

We arrived super early in the morning for our hotel reservation & staff were waiting for us to arrive. Helpful staff, Hannah in particular was a star of our stay. She was such a brightness to start each days of ours! The included breakfast was lovely! with a few grab and go options. All other staff were super friendly and always willing to help us with every thing we needed or happy to suggestion a place or two to visit! Building is slightly on the older side, but very clean. perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and do! and not to mention great aircon for those who run hot! we recommend this hotel for all! just note when arriving it’s down an ally way so any driver would need to drop and run with where its situatated
