It was the best spa I've ever been to. The spa facilities, massage rooms, and skills are all great. I definitely recommend it as the end of your Macau trip. It's much cheaper to buy here, so definitely buy it. I sent an email to the spa and got a reply saying they couldn't receive it, so I asked to make a spa reservation at the Venetian Hotel. They replied a few hours later, so making a reservation wasn't difficult. Make sure to use the tea lounge before and after the spa.

We booked a reservation for two people and could enjoy the steam bath and soaking bath! The shower head also has several modes, which is a bit surprising, so it is best to arrive one hour before your appointment because you do it before scrubbing and massage. The masseur is very professional and will explain the details of the massage clearly beforehand. The price is very cost-effective. We feel very relaxed and comfortable. We will come again! Worth recommending.

We were also treated to a Hammam bath and a 30-minute massage, which left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Following the spa, we indulged in afternoon high tea, and the pastries were nothing short of incredible—truly tasty and a perfect way to enjoy some relaxing, indoor fun. The interior design of the entire hotel is jaw-dropping, adding to the overall luxurious experience. I highly recommend the Palazzo Versace Macau Spa & Afternoon Tea Package for anyone looking to pamper themselves in style.

Excellent service and facilities, which include use of sauna, steam room and jacuzzi 30 mins before. Klook offer is better than the hotel guest deal which is 30mins extra free.

Busy two months, yesterday rewarded myself me time half a day did a great spa, facial, massage, whole body scrub, satisfied all at once😍 The whole treatment did almost 3 hours, relaxed, super relax, the masseur is very nice, good gestures, make me feel very comfortable 🥳🥳🥳 After the treatment, there is a bowl of red bean soup for dessert, delicious😋 Because it is to buy klook package, so before leaving the counter staff will be sent a box of 30ml night cream (the same brand when doing treatment)

A very pleasant experience. The service staff of the entire SPA performed well and had first-class skills. The tea set in the restaurant was delicious. The service of all the staff was impeccable. I highly recommend this package activity

I felt like I was in Thailand went I went to this spa🤩I had the 90-minute signature massage and was very happy with it and my therapist.She worked on the areas I highlighted and the pressure was medium to firm as requested. I did feel that my glute muscles could've been worked on more as I requested it,but,overall,an excellent massage which took out a lot of the tension and knots in my neck and shoulders.
