I used it because I arrived early in the morning. I exchanged LINE with the guide beforehand, so I was able to meet up smoothly even if the flight was delayed. I was able to eat noodles for breakfast, and the massage helped me to relieve the fatigue of the flight. I paid for coffee at my own expense at a coffee shop that was not on the schedule due to time adjustments, but I still think it was a good deal. It's a great way to kill time before check-in.

Enjoyed the Safari very much. Meals are reasonably nice. Our guide is excellent. Very fluent in English, knowledgeable and very caring. Always looking out for my wife and I as we are senior citizens.

We were picked up at Htl An Phu at 08.15. The trip to the harbor arrived at around 10.15. There were 2 islands visited for snorkeling. Free Lunch in the boat at around 13.15. The last visit to May Rut Island, get off and have a drink at the cafe and get a 10% discount by wearing the John's Tour bracelet. Arrive back to the hotel at around 17.35

Great guide. A total of 5 stops: 1. briefing and the opportunity to submerge or walk along the bottom with an aquarium on your head 2. snorkeling 3. snorkeling and the possibility to wander around the rocks 4. lunch and lots of photo opportunities 5. Snorkeling, lots of water sports (including jet skis). Everything at all the stops is paid, except for snorkeling and lunch. But it's definitely worth it. You can also bring a drone with you (the stop with snorkeling and the opportunity to walk on the rocks is best for filming on it).

We used it as a small group of 8 people from two families with active and professional guides Windy and Wave, and it was nice that they kindly taught us how to snorkel. My family, who has poor eyesight, brought prescription goggles and there was also a snorkel that attaches to the goggles, so we had fun snorkeling. You can use the mask-type snorkel provided until your visual acuity is -4. It's was a great experience. Tour guides were very courteous. Buffet at Mango Restaurant was icing on cake. Cable car was thrilling..one in lifetime experience. Water Park was soo beautifully managed and degisned. It's a highly recommendable to add in your itenary.

I understand that Red River Tour is the largest local travel agency in Phu Quoc, along with Jonestown Tour. The price, package itinerary and composition, guide skills, pickup service, and the kindness of the staff were all very good. In addition, the female staff member who consulted with me was also very good at providing meeting place information, precautions, and response systems for handling emergencies via KakaoTalk, tailored to Koreans. I would definitely recommend it to those around me who are going to Phu Quoc!! The price was also cheap, and above all, the composition was so fulfilling, which was a good thing, and the free drone photography was also great. Appreciate on tour guide (Ren) that speak well english and humour. Visited pearl farm on Sunday and it arranged with lucky draw (the winner get the pearl bracelet). Today was a sunny day (Jul is raining seaso), and time still earlier for the lunch, we head to the prison and fish sauce factory after the temple. The fish sauce is worth to get one small bottle (the fragrance one, another type much salty). Lunch at Bai Sao (Star beach), foods served hot and fresh. You should wear on swimsuits get on the sliding near the beach shore or get a sunbath. Stepping on the white soft sands much more comfortable. Head to sunworld via cable car, the scene is beautiful (hopefully next time stay at sunworld hotel nearby) for sunset view. This sunworld water park much family friendly compare to Vinwoder Typhoon. Locker is sharing between man and woman changing room (price is afforable for medium size). The roller coaster worth to play 2 times. Upgrading works ongoing in the park.
