We had a wonderful experience thanks to our amazing guide - Alice! She was prompt with updates and responsive on WhatsApp, which really helped us feel at ease throughout the trip. She took time to explain the stories and background behind each place we visited... it made everything so much more meaningful. And on top of that, she captured the most beautiful family photos for us.. memories we’ll truly treasure. Thank you Alice for going above and beyond. You made our trip extra special!

The shampoo treatment will start with a simple foot bath + scrub, then massage your hands with essential oils, then head and shoulders and neck massage, very comfortable, and finally there will be a big tree pineapple yogurt to eat + coconut cake! The disadvantage is that the staff does not know much English

The fireworks were bigger and more impressive than those in Japan. They were very beautiful. It was worth seeing and I want to come back again.

The room was basically the same as the photos on the website, very comfortable. We stayed in a sea view room on the 19th floor. We could see the sunrise in the morning, but we could still hear the horns on the road and the music on the beach at night. The design of the shower space in the bathroom still caused the water to flow to the dry area when taking a shower, making the whole room wet.

The overall experience was very good. Because it was a trip to the airport before departure, I asked the store if they could keep my luggage. The store was very helpful. The store also provided reimbursement for taxis within five kilometers. We did a 90-minute hair wash, which included a hand, shoulder and neck massage, a face wash and makeup removal mask, and a small gift was given after the treatment. It was very thoughtful.

If you intend to visit Da Nang, I highly recommend doing this. While there are tourists attractions and things to do around Da Nang, it being the city, I didn't think it was all that great but seeing the city from above made my stay in the city so memorable! My flight was rescheduled a few times and although that caused some inconvenience in terms of my plans for the day, it is for good reason - safety and wind direction. But when it did come the time to fly, everything was done efficiently. I flew with Minh. He was friendly and made the overall experience wonderful! He helped with taking pictures using the gopro too. My advice is to buy the drone footage. The view is vastly different from the gopro's. You will not regret it!
