The way she handle the trip and all guest punctuality to follow the instructions. Big applause to our driver for bringing us smooth during tour. Visiting Lucerne and the chapel church. Mt, Titlis is must when come to Switzerland. The view is worth it. What a lovely Christmas day.

Tour guide Ecuador gave very clear instructions and able to bring us through the various queues swiftly and snoothly. He also explained well when being asked question. Despite the rain hence very low visibility at Mt Pilatus which is unfortunate for us, we enjoyed this tour very much.

Tour started with a visit to Lucerne for 1.45hrs and proceeded to Mt Titlis. Well timed tour, highly recommend it to take the tour woth Best of Switzerland tours AG . Good guide, and bus captain. Only feedback, since the bus goes through some scenic routes, request if the bus window panes are kept clean for clean views and photos.
