Xplor Theme Park tours

OMG. I have been here 4 times. All 4 have been great and unique but this time has been the best. From the ticket booth to the reception, ( amazingly welcoming reception) and the best guide (Diana) all 4 times I have come here, it has never disappointed but this time was exceptional. I love this place and will continue to return solo and with friends as many times as I can. My favourite tourist place in Mexico. Inspite of being a tourist spot, they treat you like a treasured guest/part of the family. I will be back time and time again.

This was a BRILLIANT tour. 10/10 would recommend. It is a long day (started at 6:30am back at 7:30pm) but well worth it and great value fo money. The tour guides and driver were great and very knowledgeable. We also asked the tour operator to delay by a day due to sickness of my partner and they were very communicative and accommodating. The only thing if you are booking from Playa del carmen do not pay extra for hotel pick up! All playa del carmen hotels in this tour are local pick up from a designated spot (it was only 3 min walk from our hotel luckily). great value for money for what you get. make sure to take some cash to tip the guides and driver as they were worth it. The bus had AC and toilet which was needed as a long time on the bus.

great experience overall. saw lots of turtles as well as a sting ray. the cenote was also a very unique experience. would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved the experience. the sunset was gorgeous, the aquatic wildlife was very lush (coral reefs were normal but there were alot of fish to see!), the open bar kept everyone happy, the buffet food was so good, and there was so much lovely dancing on the boat!

brilliant for Whale watching but description of trip said 2hrs free time at beach, we didn't get that. we stayed on boat whole time

the tour guide was outstanding I had a fabulous time learning many things at Chichén Itzá. The buffet food was delicious. they had good options for meat eaters and vegetarian. I wish there could have been more time to enjoy the cenote it felt rush with doing both the dinner cenote and tequila tasting all at once. but overall it was truly one of the best days I experience during my trip

Great tour with excellent sites!

the snorkelling part of the day was extremely disappointing. there was nothing to see other then a few fishes and very small dull corals. it also was done in dark water not clear one. I regret joining and should have just stayed on the boat. the buffet was alright but definitly could have been better. wasn’t a fan of the overall day.
