Great experience from arranging pick up and the tour guides and the experience!

the experience is the best! I recommend this activity. You have time to feed the elephants, mudbath with them then wash and beush them after. The sanctuary also takes photos for free and very professional. They have towels and shower bath when you change. you can use the free Thai costume for free. Very friendly staff and helpful. The location is not so far from Patong. This activity is recommendable!

By far this is the most fun experience I had in Phuket. The elephants are treated well. I was skeptical about the elephants because I’m not a fan of big animals and I have to say they are pretty cool 🤩😍. If you visit Phuket with kids, this activity is a must 👍👍👍 Big thank you to Matt and everyone at Phuket elephants care 🙏

it was a lovely experience. we learned basic information about elephants, we fed them and pet them. we took photos. we made diy magnets. elephants are so lovely ❤️

Overall, we liked everything. We only took the elephant feeding, without bathing. Before the event, they gave us water. They gave us a whole bucket of fruit, we could approach different elephants. There were workers at the center sitting everywhere and monitoring the process. They helped us take photos and help with feeding, if necessary, without any problems. At the end, they treated us to watermelons, gave us water again and let us paint our own plaster elephants, it will remain as a souvenir magnet x)

We took about an 1h and 15 mins to get to the sanctuary, as we were located on another corner of Phuket island, with another pick up along the way. Mr Anais was incredibly helpful and helped us along with photos and carrying the bucket. He made the experience of meeting the elephants much more enriching and memorable. glad to see the elephants are in good hands. thank you.
