Great for visitors planning to visit the Mandai Parks! Refreshing resort ambience, friendly and accommodating staff and relaxing environment. Room wasn’t too stuffy with the fan on. Great focus on sustainability as well!

So much fun! Absolutely thrilled! A bird landed on my husband's head, and the parrots were incredibly lively. Two white cockatoos acted like little bullies, stopping visitors and playfully nipping at their shoes, haha! Only pampered birds behave that way, which shows how well the staff here treats them. They have plenty of food, and the bathing containers are very clean. We saw a large flock of yellow parrots flying in the same direction over the flamingo lake, it was like a scene straight out of a Disney cartoon, truly felt like paradise, even though I've never been there. The birds are able to fly freely, play, and even squabble. The restaurants inside offer meals for around HKD 100 to 120. Drinking water is free, just bring your own bottle. Each area of the park is connected by air-conditioned rooms, so it's comfortable even when the weather is hot. Totally worth it!

Excellent service provided by the hotel staffs and the breakfast buffet was superb! The room was very clean as well!
