Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful & elegant, all the staff were attentive at all times, always so helpful and kind, the location is unforgetable, with all the top luxury shops like Chanel & Tiffany & Co. just a few meters away! I would love to cone back!

The staff were friendly, the service was professional, and we even received a free upgrade. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come again if we have the chance.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional, the surrounding area was lively, and the room was very comfortable. Even though it's above a shopping mall, it has its own dedicated elevator, which I highly recommend!

Overall, I am very satisfied. The minimalist wood design makes people feel clean and relaxed. It is about a 10-minute walk from two MTR stations (Wan Chai Station and Exhibition Centre Station). I personally think Exhibition Centre Station is slightly better. Walk towards Harbour Road on the Eagle Center platform, go down the stairs next to United Kushima Building, and the hotel is next to it. The bathroom water pressure is very good, with a separate shower and toilet. Promoting environmental protection, toothpaste and toothbrushes must be brought by yourself. Cotton pads and razors are not provided. There are many choices for the main breakfast course, as well as salad, bread, juice, and cereal for free self-service selection.

I absolutely love this hotel! I always book it whenever I go to Hong Kong. The price is very reasonable, and the best part is it's less than 10 steps from where the A11 airport bus drops you off. Plus, the service staff are all amazing.

Transportation convenience: It only takes 3 minutes to walk from Exit A2 of Sai Ying Pun Station, which is very convenient!
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy!
Service: The front desk staff is friendly and courteous! Willing to provide assistance and help.
