The all-you-can-eat oysters are generous and of excellent quality. Each of the three types of oysters has its own unique characteristics, some are plump and some have a strong oyster flavor. Orders are served quickly every time. The quality of other dishes is average to above average.

I love afternoon tea, but this was my first time trying the Chinese version. The atmosphere and ambiance at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's Chinese restaurant were very comfortable, and the staff were very attentive, carefully explaining the drinks and food. I thought I could only choose between iced or hot tea, but both were available. As for the food, both the presentation and taste were excellent. It was a satisfying meal that changed my perception of Chinese afternoon tea!

The value for the price is truly amazing! Even on weekdays, it's 90% full. The food quality and taste exceeded expectations. The biggest surprise was finding Movenpick ice cream at this price, with over eight toppings! What delighted me the most was seeing the little umbrellas from my childhood; brought back great memories.
