we were the only 2 participants on that day so it felt like a private tour. driver arrived earlier to pick us up at meet up point so we set off to start the 2.5hrs car ride to the riverside. arrived at Aria where we were greeted by the friendly staff Ms. Angela and her team. lunch was pretty good! korean banchan, rice, meat and soup! The place is equipped with lockers, very clean toilet and changing rooms. leave your change of clothes here, bring water/gopro and your waterproof bag (dont lose your waterbottle else it becomes trash on the river)put on lifejacket and helmet, and we were off! hitched a ride upstream passing fishermen, ducks and beautiful waterfalls, and watched the very skillful boatmen manoeuvre our bangka (canoe) between the rocks and fighting against rapids! arrived at the falls, rode out to nature “car wash” on a bamboo raft, that was absolute fun!! swam for a bit in the cave behind the waterfall too! it was a good break out of the bustling manila city, recommended!

My fave was the Digital Art Museum, penguin and stingray and nurshe shark feeding. We was able to catch the Bird and Sea lion show at 4:30 pm so that is nice. Just disappointed that the Jellyfish exhibit is no longer available. Also there are less sea creatures at the tunnel.

Booking through Klook made our Fort Santiago trip super convenient — we didn’t have to fall in line to buy tickets, just showed the voucher at the entrance and went straight in. It really saved us time and hassle, especially since it was quite busy that day. We visited during Halloween, and the whole place had a more spooky and mysterious vibe — the dim lights, old stone walls, and historic ruins really made it feel like stepping back in time. It was both fun and eerie in the best way!

We got freebies, drink and pastries before the official tour while waiting. Sir Ivan was was very accommodating and helped take photos of everyone every stop during the tour. He also recommended where we can use the gift vouchers and we had a great dinner at Kiapo.

Redeeming your voucher is easy. Simply present it to the staff near the ticket booth, and it's ready to use. I started my visit at Baluarte de San Diego, then went to Fort Santiago, and ended at Casa Manila.

The museum is praised for being well-preserved and giving a vivid glimpse into upper-class Filipino life during the Spanish colonial era. The architecture and interior are frequently described as elegant: “antique furniture, intricate woodwork, lovely courtyards that take you back in time.

Our driver was Sir Kevin. He was pleasant with us, truly accommodating, reasons why the Tagaytay trip was truly memorable. We truly appreciate his efforts from recommending activities we haven’t known was possible down to making sure we savoured the time for every attraction. He was always making sure we we’re okay. Truly if there was a rating of a hundred, it wouldnt suffice. We’d give him a hundred more, 200/100 if that was even possible. Kudos to Sir Kevin, he was truly a gem.

We had a great time biking around Intramuros. It was fun reviewing our history and also learning something new about it. The staff of Bambike Eco Tours were very accommodating as well (from the front desk to choosing our preferred bikes). Kudos to Chi and Kyla for guiding us throughout the tour! Chi was able to explain the details of the places we went very clearly while Kyla made sure that we were able to bike thru the open roads safely. They also provided free refreshments in the middle of the tour and ice cream by the end of it; both of which were excellent. All in all, I would highly recommend this tour.
