It was about a 15-minute walk from Phuket Airport. The interior was clean, and everyone from the front desk to the massage therapists were friendly and great! Before the massage, they had a form to fill out asking about areas to focus on and preferred pressure, which I thought was thoughtful and great. Good!

They picked up us from our hotel by van and also in evening tgey drop us into the hotel. And we had small breakfast and also during tge trip they gave the refreshments for us (fruits and drinks) and also phiphi island lunch is superb.we enjoyed the whole trip and special this was that our guide JJ she is super friendly and active. she is good guide and give the support and safety for the team. we went for the several islands and got the chance for swim in bay. Uou can get the long tail boat if you want but I think it is wasting money because for one person they charge 400 bht and it also group tour. overall this trip is superb....❤️🫶

The tour was arranged by Yacht Master, a reliable tour company in Phuket. Tour Guide - Sandy was very handy, informative and so funny. We were brought to a destinations a head from the othe group. make us more comfortable to enjoy the tour before the crowd come. The Catamaran speed boat was decent, they really taking care all of us during the trip with safety is number one. The food was provided in a buffet located in Phiphi island. it was delicious and you can eat everything you like. Snorkling gear was very hygienist, they cover the mouth piece one by one. The crew was good, they showed me where to find baby shark when we did snorkling.

Excellent service by the Once Phuket Yacht Company. The trip to Similan Islands was very well organized and managed by the guides. They were very helpful throughout the tour. The food was also nice, and plenty of refreshments were available throughout the day. The guides especially made efforts to make us see the turtles swimming inside the ocean. It was a very wonderful experience for all of us.

just back from this wonderful tour. only the monkey beach became monkey bay as the water was too close and the beach was not there so we saw 3 monkeys from far. the rest of the itinerary was done as mentioned. as the speedboat left around 11:30 there was not so much time on each stop but enough to take pictures and have a walk around. if you wish to have more time on either one of the stops I suggest you book only that one place and spend several hours there. the guid, the boatboy, the photographer, the other staff all one by one friendly, helpful and well mannered. also the many staff at the office very friendly and helpful. all was well organised and everyone informed us step by step what would be done. the lunchbuffet at Phi Phi island was fresh, delicious and more than enough, also snacks and drinks were all good! don’t doubt , book! the tour was given by Seastar company. Our 4 year old loved it too!

the waitresses were not really friend, you would have to call them for them to acknowledge you. when they bring out the food and drink drops it amd no smile. you can tell she didnt want to be there today. apart from that, beautiful establishment good food it seems and i loved the drinks.

Oh my gosh what an incredible experience! I booked this excursion hesitantly, because I LOVE elephants, and don't want to partake in anything that has to do with abusing an animal. I was impressed with the introductory speech Nancy gave, giving us a background on the elephants history, where they're rescued from, appropriate activity and actions around the elephants while we're near them. It was saddening to hear the stories of some of the elephants and what they have been rescued from, but also so heartwarming to see them thriving in an environment where they're clearly loved and cared for. Feeding the elephants was so fun! Each elephant has their own personality, and you can see that through their behavior. I spent the washing time petting them instead, and don't regret any of it for a second. When we come back to Thailand to Chiang Mai, we'll visit their sister locations in the northern part of the location. Thank you Nancy, Eddy, and Mr M! We had a wonderful time!

My partner and I really enjoyed our visit to Aquaria Phuket. The aquarium was well-organized, with plenty of fascinating marine life to see. The underwater tunnel was especially impressive and gave us great photo opportunities. A relaxing and fun experience for couples who want to explore something different in Phuket!

What a brilliant experience. The van came to pick us up punctually. We did the Canival games first (payable for about 300THB per game although there are packages) from 5.30-6.30pm. We took the unlimited rides for the kids (not a lot and mini ones) for 600THB/person. Went for the buffet dinner. The dining hall was marvellous. There was a carnival walk at 7.15pm but didn’t manage to catch it as we were busy eating. Best to be seated for the show early (8pm) as it’s a long walk in. Mobile phones need to be placed in lockers as no pics/videos allowed during the show. Lotsa big & huge floats for the show with colourful costumes. Never seen anything like it before. Kingdom of Lights opens only after the show. The best part was also the TOILETS. Visit the TOYlet (Carnival game) and the one at the buffet. Each toilet has a different theme. The park is like Disney/USS vibes but with no big rides. The show is the main attraction.
