Alex was so knowledgeable and he explained the history and the beauty of the place very crystal clearly. HI’s English is very good and he was very professional and very understanding. I’d recommend this to all first time travelers to Vietnam. The driver was very professional and polite and down to earth. and the experience was very amusing and incredible given the beauty of the locations!!!! Alex and the driver very 100/10 and I and my mother had an amazing and unforgettable experience😍❤️ I’m gonna come back again and choose the same. Bus pickup at Old Quarter around 7am.You will stop for breakfast at their rest area.Then continue for bicycle activity for 15min to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.The guide will follow and guide you closely for safety and history briefing.Lunch is seafood buffet.For muslim,you can perform pray here.Then heading to Trang An traditional boad paddle for 2 hrs.This is the best experience so far in Vietnam.Its lifetime experience cruise in limestone cave.You need to give tips to paddleman for 50,000dong.Good experience.Tour guide Mr Alex very taking care of your safety.He is very good guide with good experience.

First time riding the Hanoi City Tour bus, super worth it... For 1 hour we were taken around to see the beauty of Hanoi and there we were amazed by the beauty of this city. Every corner of the city is aesthetic and the holiday vibes are very strong 😍 With an affordable price and locations passed by often, this is highly recommended for those of you who want to trip to Hanoi in a short time 😍

the hop on hop off bus was worth it. the 4-hour pass is good enough for the length of time the buses go around, though depends on whether people want to go around on the specific destinations as there are 14 stops.

Everything was fantastic. The guide Raymond everything very well well. The boat ride was very scenic. The hike of 500 steps was worth it for the view. Lunch was good and has both Vegan/Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian options.

What made it truly special for me was our guide, Mr. Zack. With his warm and humorous personality, he made the day absolutely unforgettable. And he is such a great photographer 😍

I loved everything about this tour! The guide communicated when they were close to picking me up, since there was some traffic. Robin gave good information as we began the 2 hour drive to Ninh Binh, but let us rest after since it was still early. The bike ride to the temple was great and not difficult at all. Lunch had plenty of options. Trang An and the Mua Caves were gorgeous and it was so peaceful and relaxing despite there being lots of other boats. It was also nice that if you didn’t want to hike the 500 steps, you could visit the old town instead. 10/10 would recommend

This tour had few reviews so I decided to check it out to see how it would turn out. I wasn't disappointed at all. In fact, it turned out to be a great tour. I enjoyed thoroughly, especially the boating part. That was the best part. Boating underneath the mountains in the caves was a thrilling experience. Lunch was super delicious and we did great justice to it. The trekking up to the temples in Ninh Bin in the morning was nice but one hour time felt a bit rushed as there are too many people walking up and down and we need to go slow. The Bai Dinh temples were so beautiful. Dusk had fallen when we got there so we could see the temples in their full splendor with the lights on. I could feel the sacredness of the place as I looked around. Of course, the tour could not have been a beautiful experience had it not been for our wonderful guide. He was informative and amusing at times and made sure that we were all comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful tour.

We had a wonderful tour with our guide , Duc. He shared great info about the sites and Vietnamese culture. The company reached out the day before the tour to confirm pick up time and location. Duc was at the pick up location to greet us. The itinerary is as outlined in the description. The lunch buffet included many traditional Vietnamese dishes which we fully enjoyed. We did notice that some of the individuals on the tour were vegetarians and indicated that there were limited options for them. Overall a great tour and highly recommended for those looking for a day trip from the hustle and hustle or Hanoi.
