Things to do in Vangvieng

Though the Air Balloon Ride experience was very greate. And I have given 5 stars only and only for the actual event. It was too good experience. But only thing I regret is while booking through Klook they have mentioned that at the evening event at 16.00 hrs. they will provide A Shampeng, a fruit platter and the snacks but in reality not even a single water bottle was provided. which is very unprofessional or is it only to attract people to book the event on app. Anyways but I really enjoyed the actual event.

Trip was very well organized. Great with a big group of adventure seeking people. Starting off with long slow kayaking around the lake, then the caves, followes by ziplining and blue lagoon. Highly appreciate he efforts take to arrange a vegan lunch for us. We had the best time.

I had an amazing experience and the guide was so helpful. the zip lining was amazing and so long, the activities were well thought out and really exciting and not to mention the views were amazing!

Amazing tour! Our guides had great energy the entire day. We booked Kayaking, Cave Exploring, Cave Tubing and Ziplining. You can get picked at the Hotel or just walk to meeting spot before the pick up time. Thank you!!

The activities include five items: kayaking, cave exploring (Angel Cave), cave exploring (floating on a black inner tube in the water), ziplining, and swimming in the Blue Lagoon since the waterfall was closed. The tour guide was very friendly, and lunch was good. Being able to visit so many places in one go makes it great value! The travel agency didn't contact me in advance, but they showed up at the agreed-upon location on the day. Water and waterproof bags are provided on the itinerary, and it's recommended to wear a swimsuit because there are water activities.

It's done! I've officially crossed the hot air balloon ride in Vang Vieng, Laos, off my bucket list, and the reality far surpassed the dream. Floating serenely high above the landscape, the view of the majestic, beautiful mountains unfolding and the city of Vang Vieng shrinking beneath was an utterly surreal, breathtaking experience. Every penny spent was absolutely worth the price for that incomparable perspective.

We thoroughly enjoyed cycling through largely peaceful countryside on excellent, new bikes. There was no pressure to “keep up”; Noun, our charming, patient, informative guide encouraged us to stop to take as many photos as we wanted and was happy to answer all our questions about rural life. The tasty BBQ lunch and two stops for swimming were a bonus. Would recommend to all, even to those in their seventies like us.

The group was very friendly, and we had a lot of fun with each activity. The included lunch was like prison food though. I would prefer to pay extra to have a lunch that was as exciting as the activities. So I recommend guests to bring or buy lunch to avoid disappointment. If you are thinking of doing the Paramotor like I did, be aware that even the slightest breeze or rain may mean you cannot do this activity. They will refund you though. Our guide was just okay. Not a lot of information given. He basically just escorted us between activities.
