Great location. Very accessible to MOA and Ayala Malls Manila Bay. The check-in process was quite quick despite the long queue. The only concern I had was that we were hearing a continuous noise. We thought that was from the AC but it seemed to be coming from the electrical room or something. We stayed on the very top floor (18th).

I had a wonderful experience staying in grand west side hotel for the firstime. The lobby is good smell with I really like and admire in a hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Aircon is strong and water in the bathroom is strong also. The staff are kind and helpful, they give your request easily. The breakfast area is so warm and esthetic, clean and with a variety of food.

Our stay at Okada Manila was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded all our expectations. A very special mention to Wenzy, who made our experience unforgettable. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed. Her genuine warmth and professionalism made us feel so valued and cared for. The room was spacious, spotless, and smelled absolutely luxurious — every detail felt premium. The technology in the room was impressive, from the automated curtains and smart lighting to the built-in music system. Everything was designed for comfort and convenience, giving us that “feeling rich” experience throughout our stay. The hotel is very convenient to everything (e.g. malls, supermarket). Room is clean and cozy plus all hotel staff are approachable and friendly. Delicious breakfast buffet is also nice. We really had a great time staying at this hotel. Definitely, we recommend this hotel.

Everything is basic, but it’s a good and clean place to sleep. The staff are friendly from the guard to the front desk. It’s also very accessible to the mall, convenience stores, and more. We’ll surely be back! I don’t have photos of the hotel, but here are some photos after we attended a concert at the SMDC Open Grounds just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.

I recently spent three nights at Savea Bay City Manila, and my entire stay was genuinely pleasant, comfortable, and memorable.
