I had a wonderful experience with this travel agency on the Northern Lights tour. On my first tour, we were unfortunately unable to see the aurora, but the agency kindly offered me another try the next day at no extra cost. On the second tour, I was lucky enough to see a beautiful dancing aurora. The guide also explained the phenomenon clearly, which made the experience even more special. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and care for their customers. I highly recommend this agency to anyone hoping to see the Northern Lights.

The Golden Circle tour is definitely something you shouldn’t skip especially if you’re traveling solo like me. The pickup was right on time, so it helps to be outside Storm Hotel on the opposite side at least 10 min before the scheduled time. Everything ran smoothly from the start. Our guide, Anna made the whole day even better. She knows so much about Iceland’s history, nature, and culture, and she shares it in a way that’s easy to follow and fun to listen to. She also has a great sense of humor, which kept everyone engaged during the long drives. 🥰 The stops were beautiful, the pacing was good, and the overall experience felt well organised. I’d happily recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iceland! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was one of the best day tours I’ve ever experienced, made truly exceptional by our fantastic guide, Sari. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing informative and fascinating insights throughout the day, while also keeping everything fun and engaging. We learned so much about Iceland and each of the incredible places we visited. Sari was patient, approachable, and had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The sights were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire day was perfectly organized. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iceland!

Tour took time but It is so worht and wonderful experiences.Black beach is so beautiful and have route as tiny hiking .I love it. Wave of sea is so strong,always be careful when take a photo ,therefore is harmless.

The tour operator will ask you to gather at bus no 12, just opposite to Storm hotel, when bus comes, the guide will call the name out one by one based upon first book first serve, well arranged and perfect time management. Our guide Jessica did a great job, talked much about everything related to the Iceland and the scenery, including history, background and story, and allowing enough time for visiting each spot. She also introduced nice restaurant , things to do after the tour if still staying downtown. Highly recommended

We had a great time on this Crystal Ice Cave Tour. The meeting point was very easy to find and well-organized, so the experience started smoothly without any stress. The guides were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the glacier and ice caves. The group was well equipped with proper safety gear, which made us feel secure throughout the tour. The ice cave itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful crystal formations and plenty of time to take photos and appreciate the surroundings. Overall, this was a memorable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iceland and looking for a unique glacier adventure.

My favorite part of the trip was the Secret Lagoon — it was truly relaxing, and even at zero degrees, it didn’t feel cold. Remember to bring your own towel; renting one costs 1,100 kr (about £7 each). The Golden Circle tour was quite easygoing, with picturesque scenery.

Had a great time. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke about the history of many of the places along the way. Thingvellir was beautiful, Gullfoss was powerful and awesome, the Kerid Crater was pretty cool as well but got very windy with rain. Even then, it was a great experience. The geyser shot up about 4-5x while we were there and does so about every 5-7mins. The Blue Lagoon was relaxing and the water was beautiful but I couldn’t help but notice the tourist trap aspect of it… it was probably my least favorite stop of this tour to be honest. expected more of an area to explore and it all seemed very… man made?🤷🏼‍♂️Overall a great experience and the Blue Lagoon was still good just as a 1-time thing in my opinion.

Bjarni, our Northern Lights leader, was fabulous. He is knowledgeable and goes all out to fulfil our dream. We stopped on many occasions along the way and finally caught a strong one after 2-3 hours. However, the lights are bare to the eyes but look amazing on camera. This is the type of tour you would want to sign up for, instead of the large tours that drop you at one location and make you wait. We signed up for a small group tour, which we did not regret, and it was efficient. Pick-up was a little messy, but definitely not the company’s fault. All the different vehicles will come to this same stop and start calling out names, so you will have to be attentive around a group of 50ish humans (for my particular night).
