We got freebies, drink and pastries before the official tour while waiting. Sir Ivan was was very accommodating and helped take photos of everyone every stop during the tour. He also recommended where we can use the gift vouchers and we had a great dinner at Kiapo.

Amazing experience. The guide is really accomodating, and the walkthrough is well thought of. Free cold drink when we arrived, and a lot of tastings. Make your own bar included. Very good!

amazing hotel. perfect for a family getaway with kids. they loved the amenities like the pool, play room and golf course. breakfast buffet is also great. hotel has direct access to ayala mall so its easy to go to the restaurants. staff are all courteous. check in and check out was quick and easy. parking is also convenient. overall, 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely go back soon. thank you Seda! we enjoyed our stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Kingsford Hotel. The service was top notch and the location was perfect for exploring the city hotel location: located just 10-15 minutes ride going to MOA. Close to Okada, few minutes from the Skyway exit.

I had a wonderful experience staying in grand west side hotel for the firstime. The lobby is good smell with I really like and admire in a hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Aircon is strong and water in the bathroom is strong also. The staff are kind and helpful, they give your request easily. The breakfast area is so warm and esthetic, clean and with a variety of food.
