It's more convenient and cheaper than contacting and booking with rental car companies directly. The voucher stated that a fee could be charged if it wasn't printed, but thankfully, they didn't charge any extra fees or force me to purchase additional insurance.

I received a Toyota Sienna. The staff was friendly, but they didn't explain the insurance or anything like that very well. It seemed like the car floor hadn't been cleaned. It was a hybrid, so the fuel efficiency was good, but the noise was very loud.
