The car I originally reserved had a tire pressure issue. So, they upgraded me to a larger vehicle. It was a very comfortable ride. I always use Klook for rental cars when traveling abroad for business, and I am always satisfied. It's the best.

Location in downtown Washington DC wasn't easy to find. Desk is in lobby of Winton Hotel. We didn't see any signs or mention of this in the paperwork. Would have made finding it much easier. Guy on desk however helpful and courteous once we found it
