Exceptional service at a reasonable price! Highly recommended.
On the day of returning to Korea after my trip to Japan, I used Klook's private car transfer service to get from the airport to my home.
There were 6 of us in totalโ4 adults, including my parents, and 2 childrenโalong with a significant amount of luggage, including 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Even with all that, the Staria vehicle had plenty of space, and we were able to travel comfortably without any issues.
When we came out after collecting our baggage at the airport, the driver was already waiting at the designated spot and greeted us very warmly from the very beginning.
In particular, he eagerly helped us load and unload the heavy suitcases, and with his bright smile and polite, friendly manner throughout the ride, both my parents and the kids had a very comfortable journey.
Not only was the price very reasonable, but the level of service exceeded our expectations. It wasn't just transportation to our destination, but a wonderful service that allowed us to end our trip on a high and pleasant note.
I highly recommend it, especially for family travelers or those with a lot of luggage.
I will definitely use this service again on my next trip. It's the best service, well-deserving of 5 stars!
