The driver responded quickly to my messages beforehand. When I booked, it said the meeting point was the international Klook lounge, even though I was arriving on a domestic flight. So, the day before, when I arrived at the domestic terminal, I messaged the driver directly. They replied that they would pick me up at the domestic terminal. On the day of, they sent a photo of the meeting spot, making it easy to find them. Also, on the way to Ubud, there was a large temple, and they were very kind, stopping so I could take photos. The car was clean, and with the front passenger seat moved all the way forward, the back seat was very spacious and comfortable. If I have the chance to use this service again, I would definitely request this driver!
