The driver was incredibly kind, and I was very worried about arriving late at night, but they safely took me to my accommodation, making the start of my trip very comfortable. I am truly satisfied with the driver who drove me. However, I have a few suggestions and inconveniences regarding the app. As a traveler using an eSIM, I found it difficult to contact the driver at the meeting point because I had no means of communication. It was hard to reply to the message the driver sent, so I had to log into Klook and quickly contact them through the inquiry window to meet the driver. I was anxious, wondering if I would even get a reply in the late hours of the morning and if the message would be conveyed to the driver. Also, I requested a meet-and-greet service. I thought it meant someone would meet me in front of the departure gate, but I couldn't find anyone there, so I had to go out to the gate where reserved taxis stop. I believe these two points need improvement.
