Kobe Illuminage Countdown Festival 2025 - 2026: Drone Light Show

It would be better to have your google maps ready to easily locate the meet-up point. The event were very organized. Be early or be on time. It's very important to follow instructions given by the guides so that everything will be in order. Some other tourists were deviant and seemed reluctant to follow the instructions. Nonetheless, we had a great time and awesome experience. We availed the premium and enjoyed the live performances.

it was a great alternative since Universal was sold out. The concert,drone show and fireworks were nothing short of spectacular. Dress warm as it was really cold.

The lights are very beautiful. The drones are very beautiful. I recommend buying tickets in advance because the queue is quite long.

The drone show + fireworks + illuminage all together made it a truly memorable experience for the group. The venue was sprawling so it did not feel crowded at all.

The light show is beautiful, the fireworks are beautiful, it’s great. It’s just not convenient in the suburbs. It would be even better if we can provide a pick-up and drop-off package next time.

Scammy and extremely poor organisation!! The event cost only 1,800 yen but we were charged almost 5 times of that on Klook. No clear event information including details on the concerts, which was ONLY for premium customers. bus was late to leave the city, and late to leave the venue due to extremely disorganised crew which were not around when the buses arrived, leading to multiple issues. Worst experience in Japan, this is an insult to the Japanese standard of service! to top it off, everyone had to be in the cold!!

the show was great however klook should also put a warning that there will be no transport after the show. I know that other platforms like KKday offered a shuttle bus package which was very considerated.

asking for a refund for this.. before 9pm we were at the Designated bus stop but no bus was going to pick up. it was 10 of us waiting there. we waited untill 9:45 but no bus. we all booked here in klook and we were disappoint on how this was arranged. we were unable to celebrate the new year’s eve in kobe. wasted our time and effort in Japan for this mess. i hope you’ll refund our money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Klook for the New Year countdown event in Kobe. My partner and I booked two tickets, including shuttle service from Osaka. The confirmation email and sales page stated the pickup time was 21:00, but the actual pickup was at 20:00. As a result, we and five other groups waited in the cold for nearly an hour with no shuttle in sight. After contacting customer service onsite with no immediate help, we had no choice but to miss the event. Although I eventually received a refund, Klook’s misleading information and poor customer service left us with a ruined experience, lost time, and unnecessary discomfort. This was extremely frustrating and unfair.

Was not able to attend due to getting sick. klook offered a credit but had to submit proof of being sick with a doctor’s note for a cough/cold. This would cost me extra as a foreigner traveller so had to forfeit. The event was also far from any public transport that provided overnight services, so if you plan to go it’s best to stay/book a hotel in the area overnight and go back the next day. would be ok if you had your own vehicle, taxi would cost more. I’m sure it was a great New Year’s event, just needed more planning ahead for transport and accommodation, and be healthy enough to weather the cold night.
