- Each passenger ID can only be exchanged for one SIM card, and applications are limited to passengers over 18 years old
- This product is a real-name system. One person's ID can only apply for one door number. More than one cannot be applied for.
- Applicants are requested to cooperate with the counter in taking a headshot.
- All documents must be original, photocopies will not be accepted
- The number of days of the purchase plan shall not be greater than the number of days the visa is valid
- Passengers picking up the card are required to prepare two valid original documents to pick up the goods. The detailed rules are as follows: (If you cannot provide complete documents, you will be unable to pick up the card, and no refund will be given)
Foreign tourists
- First document: Passport
- Second document: pass, entry permit (entry permit), visa, entry stamp, boarding pass, residence permit, international student ID card issued by the Taiwan Immigration Department (choose one)

- First ID: Taiwan ID card (must be a valid ID; applications for household removal and loss reporting are not allowed)

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Within the validity period, this card can be used to recharge calls to all 7-11 and FamilyMart convenience stores in Taiwan (the minimum recharge amount is TWD300). If the recharge amount is not used up within the validity period, it will not be refunded.
- SIM cards do not support card locking machines or telecom operator customized machines.

I always buy my SIM card from Klook whenever I go to Taiwan because it's convenient and fast. You can pick it up as soon as you get through immigration. The staff will also show you how to use it. The internet speed is also very fast.

I make it a point to get a native SIM from the place I’m visiting as I don’t like roaming (eats battery). Second time getting from Chunghwa, first time from this service provider. They are very polite and will help you do the SIM insertion unlike another Taiwanese provider ezfly on here who are rude and not helpful. So I will support this service provider in future as well. It’s easy to find, in T1 of Taoyuan just turn left they’re there. No queue at all when I went at 6am.

Easy to redeem the sim card after the immigration and customs control. Just turn left and walk til the end. The 5G network is fast and I can use the mobile data in all places throughout the trip. Highly recommended!
