What to expect

Capture special memories with a 1-hour photoshoot during your trip! We’ll arrange for a professional photographer who speaks your preferred language, such as English, and conduct the photoshoot at your desired location. Within one week after the photoshoot, you’ll receive over 100 original photos and 10 retouched photos of your choice.

About the Plan

  • Shooting Time: 1 hour
  • Decide on your preferred shooting time to match your travel plans!
  • Photographer: We will arrange a photographer who speaks your preferred language.
  • If we are unable to accommodate your schedule, an English-speaking photographer will be assigned.
  • Location: Vicinity of Oita City (Beppu area, Yufuin area, etc.)
  • An additional fee of ¥5,000 will be charged for locations outside the city.
  • If traveling during the shoot, transportation will be used.

Delivery

  • Photo Delivery: Original 100-150+ photos sent → 10 selected photos returned → Selected photos re-sent after retouching
  • The original photos (unprocessed) will be delivered within one week!
  • Please select your 10 favorite photos!
  • The 10 favorite photos you select will be retouched and resent. (Retouching includes adjustments to color temperature, color, tone, light path, dullness, and photo composition. We are unable to provide facial and body modifications.)
  • Retouching will be done to create a vintage atmosphere with an analog feel, while matching the atmosphere of the day.
  • If you have any requests regarding the desired atmosphere or color, please feel free to let us know.
  • The best shots from the shoot may be used in our portfolio and on social media. Please let us know if you do not wish for your photos to be used.
