- I. Regarding Transportation Booking Information: We recommend purchasing flight tickets for the day of the meetup, arriving in Altay on the meetup day.
- II. Regarding Tour End Time: The tour normally ends in Altay. Accommodation on the tour disbanding day is not included, and airport transfers are not included. If airport transfer is required, it will be at your own expense. The cost is a real-time quotation and does not specify the vehicle type.
- III. The default room type upon placing an order is a standard room. If there are not enough standard rooms in the hotel during holidays, we will communicate in advance to upgrade to a queen room or other room types. In case of hotel full occupancy, power or water outages, government activities, or other force majeure events, we will coordinate with other hotels.
- IV. The default upon placing an order is group tour. In the event of a single-person group, carpooling/rooming arrangements will be made according to the order time, and seats will not be assigned.
- V. Regarding Accommodation Instructions: The hair dryers in some hotels or B&Bs may trigger overheat protection if used for a long time. If this happens, you can rest for a while before using them again or contact the butler in the group in time for assistance.
- VI. Regarding Road Condition Information: The road conditions in Altay in winter are complex, and icy sections are very likely to occur. Even with the installation of anti-skid chains, there are still certain safety risks. In the event of temporary control or severe road icing that does not allow passage, we have the right to change the original route. At the same time, tourists need to sign a change agreement. In order to ensure safe travel, tourists should actively cooperate with the adjustments. Please consider carefully before registering and placing an order. If road closures due to weather factors cause delays, we will bear the extra costs incurred for vehicles and guides during the delay, and accommodation costs must be borne by the tourists themselves.
- VII. Regarding Drones and Filming Instructions: To ensure the smooth progress of the trip and compliance with relevant regulations, drones and filming will follow the following principles. Please be aware: ① Drone flights and camera shooting will be stopped when sensitive areas such as border areas are involved, or when passing through special locations such as troops and checkpoints; ② If there is rain, strong wind or other bad weather, the drone will be stopped for safety reasons; ③ Drone shooting is not a fixed arrangement every day.
