Pre-Departure Notice

Between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure, we will contact you via the contact information you provided. If you do not receive the information, please check your email, as it may have mistakenly landed in the spam folder. During peak tourist seasons, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive the travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time on the day of departure and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. • During peak travel periods in Japan on weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), traffic congestion is common, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on the actual situation. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen in advance and to bring snacks and portable chargers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but since this is a shared tour, seating is primarily on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to have your understanding and tolerance. Thank you for your consideration.
• Please be aware that since this is a group tour, guests of other languages may be traveling in the same vehicle as you. We appreciate your understanding.
• The tour will be canceled if the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size. You will receive an email notification of the tour cancellation 1 day before departure.
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) as to whether the tour will be canceled. You will be notified by email as soon as possible thereafter.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• Our company is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors that prevent participation in the tour or result in poor-quality scenery photos. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tour schedules or duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other factors. Please inform those who are aware of this.
• If it is not possible to reach Mt. Fuji 5th Station due to bad weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Arakurayama Sengen Park. Thank you for your understanding.
• The company will not provide refunds to passengers who voluntarily abandon the tour midway for personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be changed to another departure or joined midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• Children aged 3 and under who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult, and must be noted in the remarks.
• Free participation for children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat requires a remark. If there is no remark, it cannot be arranged.
• Vehicle type: Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people. When there are few people in the group, the driver and accompanying staff will provide full tour services without additional tour leaders. Please be aware of this.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there will be large crowds, and severe traffic jams are possible. It is recommended to bring your own snacks.
• The flowering/autumn foliage season may be slightly earlier or later depending on weather conditions. Once the tour group is formed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.

* The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully according to your health condition.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.
