Everything went very quickly and conveniently. True, they arrived at the hotel to pick us up even 10 minutes earlier than what was indicated in the voucher. We were taken by minibus with luggage to the bus station, then by large bus to the airport. In total, everything took two hours.
driver is very puntual and he will fetch us to bus station. the bus is very clean and comfortable. we reach airport on time too.
The pre-ordered ride-hailing service at KLOOK is excellent! One day before departure, the service provider will notify the meeting point to change to the gate 8 on the first floor and follow the instructions to exchange for vouchers. The big bus is quite new. After the driver arrives in Pattaya steadily and safely, he transfers to the minibus and goes to the hotel very fast. Next time he will order such a good service.
highly recommend. for Pattaya to bkk airport. van comes to pick up the hotel then moving to bus station from there going by bell travels bus. quick easy n cheap option then another travel options
as instruct of Klook they are very punctual of time n I find bell travel board near gatea 7 and they took all tourist in bus. bus is bit old but very comfortable.with TV and We on board just one and half hour to reach Pattaya n then move to hotel in Van. easy n cheap way for Pattaya from bkk airport
Very convenient and affordable. Comfortable too. Timely picked up and dropped off. Ample luggage storage and hassles free services. However, can be more organized and well co-ordinated. The officer came up and down the shuttle few times to take stock of the number of people.
Hassle-free transport between hotel in Pattaya and Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pick-up was quite good, though the driver just sit at the lobby without bringing any Klook sign. We had to call customer service many times to confirm the whereabout of the driver and he offer no help to put the luggage in the car.

I'm surprised because everyone has experienced the Bell Travel service. I'll go right to the airport. Actually, I was so annoyed because the belt level was so slow that I just paid here. Just because of some crazy crap coming late, I waited 30 minutes. It's a public service that everyone uses together. Please don't be late. Let's live without avoiding others
