Our Lobby Lounge is a peaceful sanctuary that looks onto a lush garden with water features. Inspired by typical Hong Kong fare, offerings include reinterpretations of nostalgic local dishes, a drinks menu with Asian-inspired cocktails, homemade soft drinks and unique local specialities such as Yuanyang and Silk Stocking Tea. Aside from local specialities, an array of cakes and patisseries, crafted by our Pastry Chef, Jerome Husson, are available at Lobby Lounge throughout the day.

Your journey begins with premium caviar served in its original tin, setting the stage for a luxurious afternoon tea experience. Following this, savour the exquisite creations thoughtfully crafted by our culinary team. Our savoury selection showcases the seasonal ingredients, featuring oceanic treasures like tender crab meat, translucent salmon roe, and aromatic smoked salmon. The dessert offerings are equally enchanting. Highlights include the richly layered Chestnut and Apple Cake, irresistibly sweet Honey Kumquat Cake, elegantly refined French Fromage Blanc with Cassis Cake, and the timelessly romantic Black Forest Parfait.
