Seoul Alps Village Ice Fountain Festival Full-Day Small Group Tour

The entire trip was planned really well. We had so much fun plucking the red and sweet strawberries, took photos of Eobi valley, sledding at Elysian and finishing with ending with the spectacular lighting show at Garden of Morning Calm. Lanson, our guide was very friendly and helpful. He gave us very clear instructions along the way. So, for foreigners like us, it's really a big help.

we got informed 2 days before the trip that the trip would be canceled due to insufficient no of people so either we go for another tour (Strawberry Picking + eobi valley + Sledding + garden of Morning clam) or they would refund us the money. According to the klook staff, the replacement was a free upgrade but we couldn't verify as i cannot find the package online. For the replacement tour, we would like to give special thank to the tour guide (Hua Hua). She was very friendly, nice and looked out for us throughout the entire tour. At the end of the tour, one of our child's shoes was left on the bus when we alighted at myeongdong station. She waited for us at Hongik University Station (the second/final drop off point) for 30 mins at her personal time and still greeted us with smile. Thanks Hua Hua! :)

Hwa our guide is so kind and her experince make the experience seamless. She check everyone to make sure we have full great fun and if we need anything. As a muslim, i take this package to be out of seoul more than 81km to make able make me musaffir for jamak solah. Its a small community festival and no halal food restaurant. But i did enjoy freshly made chestnuut and hot steam swet potatoes. So many activity to do and kids had so much fun, adut as well

This is a specially arranged activity with my family. Because it is limited to the season, luckily Klook has a group tour so I can go there easily.

very easy to use, a very good trip and very lucky to view snow fall during xmas day. snow sled was fun, some sculpture haven't complete, stil in progress, overall is good👍👍👍👍

The guide was super nice and informative. I really recommend this tour if you don't know what to do during the winter!
