Once Upon A Thai Wellness Spa and Private Onsen | Ratchadamri in Bangkok

Repeat customer here, Once Upon A Thai is probably my favourite spa in the world. Facilities are great - everything feels new and very well-maintained, the spa rooms are huge and very aesthetic. I always feel so pampered here, a true haven for self-care and relaxation. Every little touch elevates the experience - the singing bowl ritual before the start of the massage, the aroma basin(?) they place underneath your face while you’re having the massage, the heated bed, the beautiful private onsen and shower. They even gave me a herbal ball for free at the end of my massage. Will definitely be back again and again.

I received the same service during my trip to Bangkok two years ago and was so satisfied that I visited again. I've also been to other branches of Once Upon a Thai multiple times, and all the technicians for this brand are very skilled! The service is friendly and comfortable, and I really appreciate the dessert and warm heat pack they prepare after the massage! This time, they even gave me the herbal compress used during the massage to take home, and it's made my room smell subtly of herbs, which is lovely. I've tried many other famous spa brands, but this one ultimately left me the most satisfied! I highly recommend giving it a try!

Such a beautiful and relaxing experience at Once Upon A Thai. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The massage was amazing, but what made it more special was the warmth and kindness of everyone. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and grateful. Definitely one of the beautiful memories we’ll bring home from Thailand.

Although we walked a little extra, it was totally worth it. From the reception by the lovely ladies at the entrance, the welcoming tea, the pre-class briefing, the teacher service, the after-class snacks, and the simple yet beautiful environment, there's nothing to fault. My teacher, Yo-Yo, and my husband's teacher, Apple, are both very experienced and their techniques are spot on. My husband said his frozen shoulder felt relieved (and I've paid for over 10 years of massages 😄). I 100% recommend this experience.

I chose a medicinal bath and massage at a massage parlor near Lumphini Park in Bangkok. The overall environment was good and the service staff was very friendly. First, I soaked in the hot spring to relax my body, and then the massage technique was also very good. It's worth experiencing.

This is a must go place. We booked the Signature Therapeutic Aroma Massage at Ratchadamri branch. The location is near our hotel, but access is not easy, we took a taxi over which doesn't cost much. Atmosphere is great, quiet and feel like revisiting Banyan Tree. The theapist are great, the scent for us to smell near us and the music is comfortable. As a souvenir, they gave us a Thai herbal compress ball to bring home. When we leave, they helped us to call Grab.

Having lived in Bangkok for almost 5 years, I'm kicking myself for not coming to Panpuri sooner. This is definitely the best massage I've had, and the entire process and ritual are the most complete I've experienced.
