Booking Requirements

• The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date
• If you are between 18 and 20 years old and possess a valid heavy motorcycle license, you must complete and sign the Legal Guardian Consent Form when renting a vehicle. Please submit it upon vehicle pick-up.

ID Type

• Taiwanese travelers: Please present your Taiwan driver's license and ID card.
• Foreign Visitors: Please present your Taiwan ID, original passport, valid international driving permit from a reciprocal country (Category A section must have a permit stamp), original driver's license from your country of origin, and a credit card (VISA cards not accepted) when picking up the vehicle. The rental company will verify these documents at the time of pick-up.
• Due to Taiwan law, car rental services are not available to driver's license holders from non-reciprocal countries (e.g., South Korea, Thailand, China). Electric bicycles, which do not require a driver's license, are available instead. Please also note that regulations stipulate electric bicycles are limited to one rider.

• Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
• Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
• Helmets must be worn at all times.
• Please return the scooter to the original rental location.
• To protect the rights and interests of passengers, in the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents, please preserve the scene, immediately report the incident to the police, and do not settle with the other party privately. Also, immediately notify the rental company for assistance; otherwise, you will be liable for compensation.
• The renter (driver) must present their own valid identification. Do not lend the scooter to others during the rental period; the shop will only seek compensation from the renter for any issues that arise.
