Whether you're indulging in a body massage or treating your feet to a revitalizing foot sauna, the service is top-notch. Their professionalism adds to the overall experience, making you feel valued and cared for. Now, let’s talk about the massages. I opted for the the foot massage which was equally delightful; it not only relaxed my tired feet but also invigorated my spirit. The complimentary tea served afterward was a lovely touch, enhancing the overall experience with its soothing taste. However, not everything was perfect. One drawback was the presence of disruptive fellow patrons. On my visit, there were a few guests whose lack of consideration was a bit jarring. With their phone volumes turned up, it was difficult to fully immerse myself in the serene environment. While this is no fault of the establishment, it certainly marred the experience a bit. In conclusion, MWellness & Massage is a fantastic choice for those seeking relaxation in Tsim Sha Tsui. The calming atmosphere, skilled staff, and great massages make it worthwhile. Just be prepared for the occasional rude customer, but don’t let that deter you from enjoying this oasis of tranquility. I look forward to my next visit, hopefully, on a quieter day!

This experience was very good. The chef was moderately forceful, attentive and courteous, which is worthy of praise. In addition, the store environment is clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, and since Citi has a promotion, the prices are even better.
The facial itself is not bad. Professional and friendly staff but you can hear people talking loudly outside which is not very relaxing.
Very convenient! The clerk is very polite and will explain the various treatments in detail. The new store has opened with more discounts. The masseuse is Thai and has very good gestures. It really makes me sleep well. Will help again
Nice environment and the location is convenient. But the masseuse is too rush of time control and make me not feeling good. She doesn't like to say even change the position. I can see other masseurs with uniform looks doing better. I am coming with expectation when I see the good comments on Klook.
The location is in Tsim Sha Tsui. The location is quite convenient. You need to make a reservation through WhatsApp first. The environment inside is nice and the service is good, but the amount does not seem to be much different from the one on site.

I didn't know how to make a reservation, so I checked the location of the store and received the voucher on Klook, then made a reservation at the store. It was a 90-minute full facial and the treatment was very thorough. I felt so good that I fell asleep. The tea I was given was also relaxing. I would like to go again. The staff was very friendly.
