Indulge in a variety of options, including salads, cold dishes, seasonal seafood, sushi and sashimi, and a daily rotating Carving Station featuring freshly carved US beef rib-eye, etc. Additionally, there are various hot dishes, exquisite desserts, a selection of ice creams, and unlimited refills of juices, tea, and coffee. Abalone, Fish Maw & CNY Dinner Buffet
This February, City Café proudly presents the “Abalone, Fish Maw & CNY Dinner Buffet,” featuring unlimited servings of over ten varieties of chilled seafood, sashimi, and festive dishes. Highlights include freshly flown-in oysters, chilled prawns, snow crab legs, fresh clams, blue mussels, and assorted Japanese sashimi. Other signature creations include Baked Korean Wild Catch Pearl Scallop with Fish Maw and Crab Roes Sauce, Baked Oysters, Japanese Congee with Fresh Crab and Shredded Abalone, Casserole with Chicken, Fish Maw, Gold Oyster and Abalone, Slow Cooked Australian Wagyu, and Roasted Pesto Rack of Lamb. Each guest will also enjoy a complimentary “Baked Live Abalone with Wild Mushroom, Edible Gold Foil.” Unlimited ice cream in assorted flavors, free-flow juices, red and white wine, and beer complete this indulgent Lunar New Year feast!

This March, City Café proudly presents the “Taste of Southeast Asia and Seafood Dinner Buffet,” featuring unlimited servings of over ten varieties of chilled seafood, sashimi, and Southeast Asian–inspired dishes. Highlights include Air-flown oysters, chilled prawns, snow crab legs, fresh clams, blue mussels, and assorted Japanese sashimi. Signature specialties not to be missed include Thai-style satay skewers, Sauteed Fresh Prawns with Black Pepper, Green Mango Salad with Smoked Duck Breast, Bak Kut Teh, Sambal Stingray on Banana Leaf, slow-cooked Australian Wagyu Beef, Herb-crusted Lamb Rack, and our House Specialty – Peking duck. Guests can also enjoy unlimited ice cream in assorted flavors, along with free-flow juices, red and white wine, and beer — bringing you a flavour-packed Southeast Asian feast!
