Driver was punctual to the pick up location and we began our journey to Udaipur on time. He took few stops along the journey, with each stop taking approximately ‪10 - 15‬ minutes. He drove very fast even there are many trucks and lorries along the highway. He didn't drop us at our hotel but rather 1km away as according to him, his car is not able to go through the narrow streets, and put us on a tuk tuk (paid ourselves). However, we saw few cars heading the same direction to our hotel.

While it got me from Point A to Point B, there were things that could be better: I had to chase klook 12 hours before the trip to get the driver to confirm the trip with me. This is the because the number listed on klook did not pick up the phone. Secondly, it would be nice of they had an option to provide a child seat as the driving in India didn't feel safe. Secondly, the car was not clean. Why I would still recommend this service is because it was much cheaper than other quoted prices.

Rahul (driver) arrived early and we started the journey on time. He was a polite driver and there was no sense of danger with him driving us to our destination. No stopover other than to fill up gas for his car. One remark was that he dropped us at the opposite side of our location as the traffic was terrible for him to reverse back. So, we ended up having to cross a busy road to reach our location.

The first point of contact over phone call was a little unclear and without introduction. I was able to get driver info but that was changed in the middle of the night the night before. I received a phone call from a number I did not know 5 minutes before pick up and he did not speak English. We were delayed by 40 minutes while a kind stranger translated for me to confirm the change and driver details with the original contact person. All in all I would've loved some more professional communication. The driver was fine for the most part but ended up stopping around 6 or 7 times over the course the 7 hour drive. He also was texting, instagram live-ing, FaceTiming, and filming himself while driving. And at the end of the drive while following the gps instructions I had put into google for him he was still asking me where to go. And I had never been to the final location. He was also playing loud music most of the time even after I asked him to turn it down a little bit. So all in all I got where I needed to go and I was grateful because it was a long commute. But it was not a comfortable ride.

Stay away from booking this city transfer. I booked for 7am transfer, and the driver was not there by 7am. There was no traffic in the morning so no reason to be late. We had to call the driver and to remind him, when the driver (Hermant Parihar) received our call, he seemed confused as if he forgotten about our pickup. Later he messaged us the details of a different driver for pick up. That was at 7.15am. The other driver only arrived at 7.30am for pickup. The driver was unfriendly, didn't help us with our heavy bags at all, didn't explain to us anything about the journey. The driver made random stops at places without telling us why, and he just leaves the car. It made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. He made random stops to speak to his friends on the highway, and one of his friends talked to us demanded us to pay for the ride even though we already paid through klook. We were terrified as to why the driver stopped in the middle of a highway to meet his friend who then asked us to pay 3000rs for the driver. When we arrived at our destination, the driver asked us to pay 3000rs again even though we told him we already paid online. He didn't believe us and would not let us down. We had to wait in the car for him to confirm with somebody he called on the phone. This felt like a total scam. In summary, do not book this. Go with a local driver instead, you can find them everyone. It's also cheaper. Also klook was not very helpful in dealing with the driver prior to the pickup, klook's customer service agents were not helpful and rude.

The route chosen by some road drivers was not a highway, so it was very bumpy and caused udaipur to jodhpur to last for six hours instead of five hours. Did not give bottled water. It seems cheaper to book a car with another platform.

What a nice and wonderful experience. The best driver we have ever met during our trip in Rajasthan!

The car is good and the journey is shorter than expected time. Just you may not be provided with any drivers' details before d trip and you may not reachable to any hotline especially during early morning. It is advisable to reach the destination earlier so you can meet up the driver on time.

Driver arrived on time and drove us safely from Jodhpur to Udaipur.
