Highlights include the golden crispness of Deep-fried Snow Crab Legs with Ginger and Spring Onion, a fragrant and satisfying start to your feast. For those who enjoy bold, herbaceous notes, the Stew Brown Crabs with Thai Basil offers a delightful fusion of Southeast Asian flair and local seafood freshness. The Roasted Snow Crab Legs with Sweet Potatoes bring a comforting sweetness to the table, while the Deep-fried Brown Crabs with Garlic and Chili, inspired by the classic typhoon shelter style, deliver a punch of spice and aroma that’s sure to please. From the rich, comforting aroma of Beef Wellington to the bold presence of grilled Tomahawk Steak, the savoury offerings bring depth to the celebration at dinner buffet. And for those with a sweet tooth, the KITKAT® Chocolate Tower, Molten Chocolate Cake, and Cheesecake promise a playful finale that lingers long after the last bite.

KITKAT® takes centre stage, bringing a festive charm to the buffet with the KITKAT® Chocolate Tower, Molten Chocolate Cake, and Cheesecake. Each creation adds a touch of magic to the weekend, inviting guests to savour the sweetness of the season.
