Located on the second level of The Alkaff Mansion, a rich patina of romance washes over the restaurant, from the lovingly restored ebony-hued timbers of the pitched ceiling and floors; to the gorgeous, contemporary chandelier showering down like silver and crystal rain; to the extraordinary view like a tropical mirror of the rolling green hills of the Basque country.
UNA pays homage to the age-old heritage of Spanish gastronomy with an innovative and contemporary menu that marries authentic signature delicacies from the South and heartier fare from the North of Spain, extracting wholesome and robust flavours through modern cooking techniques. A deep respect for locally and regionally sourced fresh produce is also reflected in the quintessentially Spanish offerings of tapas, paellas and parilla specialties.
UNA is your romantic dining destination that offers the best of Spain, highlighting traditional flavours with modernity, creativity and soul.
