Guests can savor exclusive offerings such as the Roasted Australian Lamb Rack with Pistachio Crust (available for dinner buffets only), and Steamed Abalone with Dried Tangerine Peel (available for weekends, public holidays, and from December 20-28 dinner buffets only).
