Absolutely incredible! It was so lovely to be able to go into the animal enclosures and get so close to the animals, moreover it was way more enjoyable than a zoo because many of the animals actually looked happy and well taken care of! Also there's a free shuttle you can take from Huis Ten Bosch! Overall I hesitate not to say please visit, you'll have the very best time!!! ☺️🦘

This is a wonderful park with helpful and friendly staff. Animals are cute especially their siganutre - capybara.
What we enjoyed most was the arrangement of feeding different kinds of animals. We just had to pay a little for their food and we could spend time with them. The funniest experience was definitely feeding the squirrel monkeys!
They also had a pet zone that allows visitors to have a close encounter with small animals like rabbits/hamsters/ parrots etc.
Moreover, they will hold different events for different seasons or festivals.
At Christmas, we got to see capybara eating "Christmas tree" and enjoying onsen :)
Bio Park Nagasaki is definitely a zoo which is worthy to visit all through the year.

Fantastic 5.0
We visited on a weekday and there weren't many people in the BioPark. The Biopark was clean and the animals looked well taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience especially getting to interact with the Capybaras. Much more enjoyable than going to a regular zoo. Wish we had more time to spend there and would definitely love to go back!

Fantastic 5.0
A unique zoo where you can come into close contact with and feed the animals. The zoo is nestled within a forested area and gives a natural feel. 2 to 3 hours is more than sufficient to explore the area. A highlight for those with young children is close encounter with capybaras.

Fantastic 5.0
It was a zoo where you could see the animals really up close! You could buy food for 100-300 yen. If you buy a voucher and go in, you don't have to show it at the entrance, you can just show it at the zoo entrance, so it was convenient.
