Quito City Trolley and Middle of The World Tour

I was at the pickup point, but they didn't pick me up. The contact listed is someone who no longer works there. She kindly gave me a company number, but I never heard back. Terrible agency; they don't respond, and I don't know how to request a refund.

The company has not fulfilled this trip. They have not given me confirmation before the trip nor have they looked for that time for me even though I waited for 40 minutes from 2 pm at the Dann Carlton Hotel. It is a fraudulent and deceitful company. I ask them to refund my money completely. It is a scam!

The pick-up was at Holiday Inn Express Quito 08:10, and I waited from 07:50 to 08:40, but they did not pick me up at the meeting place. They ruined my trip. I demanded the reservation fee and compensation. I demanded a refund through the app I booked, but there was no contact.

They never came for me and they don't have a contact number to get in touch with you either. Don't pay for this tour, it's a complete rip-off.
