Good parts: 1) Our driver/guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and the van was very clean and comfortable. 2) Lunch was good for us. Areas needing improvement: 1) Hotel pickup time confirmation should be sent earlier. After multiple attempts trying to contact the local tour provider, we finally got the confirmation after 9pm the night before the tour date. 2) It would be nice to get advanced notice for closed sites on the tour due to holiday or construction.
