Da Nang International Airport Fast Track Service in Da Nang (DAD)

Total Life-Saver – Zero Regrets! "I was on the fence about booking the Fast Track service for Da Nang, but it was hands down the best decision of my trip. When we landed, the regular immigration line was massive—easily a 1–2 hour wait. Our assistant was right there waiting with a sign, and we were through the priority lane and at the luggage belt in under 10 minutes. If you value your time and want to start your vacation stress-free instead of standing in a hot queue, just book it. Worth every penny!"

This time, we used the priority immigration lane and hotel transfer service. It was our first trip to Da Nang, and I'm glad we used both. Regarding the priority lane, we couldn't find the Klook staff immediately after arrival and searched for a while. However, a staff member approached us, so we were able to meet up without any issues. The staff member was familiar with the layout of the immigration area and smoothly guided us to the priority lane. The airport was relatively empty this time, but we still cleared immigration about 30 minutes faster than other passengers. Since waiting for baggage took longer, the priority lane might not have been strictly necessary in the end. Still, it is recommended for anyone who wants to reduce post-arrival anxiety and waiting stress. Regarding the hotel transfer service, we were contacted via WhatsApp the day before to confirm the number of passengers, as well as the size and number of bags, in order to arrange an appropriate vehicle. On the day of the service, another staff member was waiting near the airport exit holding a sign with our name on it. The staff member guided us to the parking lot, helped load our luggage, and drove us directly to the hotel. We were able to chat in simple English, making for a worry-free transfer. This is especially recommended for first-time visitors to Da Nang. On the other hand, experienced travelers will probably find using Grab to be sufficient.

The service was prompt and professional! We landed around 8:00 AM, and the agent was right there waiting for us upon arrival. Everything went smoothly, and we cleared immigration in minutes. Since our flight was the only one landing at that hour, the airport was empty and normal lines were short anyway, but the fast track still provided a seamless, VIP style entry to Vietnam.

I signed up to avoid queuing at immigration. I received a booking confirmation via WhatsApp in advance, and I felt reassured that I could communicate about the situation on the day. They also sent me a photo of the meeting location, so I found them right away. I took a photo of my boarding pass for confirmation purposes. I was directed to the crew window as a priority lane, and I only had to wait for one group. During the screening, they waited and watched beside me to make sure there were no problems. The procedure was completed with just my passport and no questions asked. The general window had a long line, so I probably would have had to wait about an hour. I think it's worth paying this price to enter the country without stress. Since I didn't check any luggage, I was able to get outside the airport in about 5 minutes. I plan to apply again next time.

Greatest example of time is money. About 48 hours prior to my arrival, I was contacted and confirmed my arrival details. I landed with my two sisters at 9:45 p.m. and the first guy was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator with a Klook sign, hard to miss him. He Whatsapp messaged me a few minutes before and we had a brief video call so he recognized me as I was coming down. He escorted us to a separate immigration line and our immigration process was about 5 minutes instead of what I assume would be 1-2 hours in the normal line. That alone was the biggest bang for my buck. The organizer of this process (same guy who messaged me 2 days prior) sent me a picture of my driver so it was easy to find him. The driver was a super polite guy and got us to our hotel. He didn't speak much English but Google translate made us understand each other pretty well. If/when I come back to Vietnam, I'm definitely using this again.

We were led by a Klook staff to the immigration counter for clearance...the whole process only took us 15 mins for a group of 6. Whole process was seamless and smooth.

The staff was easy to find, friendly, and guided me straight through to the immigration counter, saving me from the long queues. It made the arrival process so much faster and more convenient, especially after a long flight. Definitely worth it for a stress-free arrival in Da Nang!

My flight was 5J5758 which arrived at 7:00AM Vietnam time. There wasn't much crowd so the immigration and everything else went smoothly. Honestly, arriving to DAD at that early hour and booking this was really unnecessary although, I was still given priority by the immigration. I was just worried that the immigration line would be too long that it will delay my planned itinerary. This is a good service y'all may want to avail especially if you'll arrive midday which I assume would be the busiest time for the airport.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Traveling with a toddler and a broken finger from the previous airport, I needed some help and not a line to wait in...well let me tell you, you don't want..they have a sign with your name right when you walk in and whisk you to the short line while everyone else waits hours. it was a lifesaver. pictured is me and my toddler waiting for our bags alone bc everyone else was in line ;)

The pick up was on time. the fast track service is really a plus point. didnt regret spending on this service looking at the queue at the immigration.
