PLAYT's open kitchen concept, known as "Kitchen Theatre," showcases chefs' culinary skills, presenting delicious food spectacularly to the audience. The open kitchen serves international delights ranging from oyster and lobster. Turkish pizza and Indian tandoori will be freshly made from an authentic stone oven. In addition, a wide selection of dim sum, sushi, and a host of Pan Asian favorites will spoil one for choice while PLAYT’s signature dessert, our home-made gelato, with unique flavors such as Moutai and Mango Sago Pamelo, will be a perfect way to cap a sumptuous meal.

Dinner Buffet
With the immersive "Kitchen Theatre" concept, PLAYT offers a wide range of international delights, all-day dining and buffet options. Vibrant works by renowned Hong Kong street artists add a whimsical touch to the space, elevating the dining experience. The space features the vibrant work of Hong Kong street artists Victoriano and Damien Hirst, adding a touch of whimsy to our space. Seafood aficionados can delight in a changing assortment of ice-fresh catches, like Oysters, Lobster, Mussels, Shrimp, and Clams. Select from an enticing range of options, such as carved U.S. Prime Roast Beef, a Sushi and Sashimi bar, refined Chinese Dim Sum and roasted meats, alongside vibrant Indian Curries crafted to awaken your senses.
Christmas Dinner Buffet (From 12 December 2025)
True to its signature “Kitchen Theater” concept, PLAYT delighted guests by preparing three exquisite dishes live in front of the buffet: Seared French Foie Gras with Berry Sauce on Toast Fruit Bread (Dinner), Seared Wagyu Beef Sushi (Lunch & Dinner), and Crab Chowder with Puff Pastry (Dinner). The sight and aroma of these festive specialties being freshly crafted on the spot infused the dining atmosphere with excitement, making every bite even more joyful and memorable.
No holiday feast would be complete without the timeless classics: Slow-roasted Christmas Turkey with Condiments and Honey-glazed Gammon Ham with Honey Gravy. The turkey, marinated and slow-roasted for tender, juicy meat, comes with rich chicken liver gravy, caramelized chestnuts, bread stuffing, sausage-bacon rolls, and cranberry sauce—an unforgettable medley. The ham, honey-coated and roasted to a caramelized finish, pairs its smoky depth with sweet perfection—a must-try centerpiece.
- The Slow Roasted Lamb Rack with Pistachio Crus (Dinner), topped with crunchy pistachio bits, is a highlight of the carving station. Gently roasted for hours, the lamb remained beautifully juicy and tender, its fragrant herb filling releasing waves of aroma with every slice. The scattering of toasted pistachio bits lent a delicate nutty richness and an irresistible crunch that perfectly complemented the succulent meat.
- To celebrate the festive season, the chef created Christmas Cranberry Barbecue Turkey Pizza: juicy turkey topped with a vibrant cranberry-BBQ sauce on a crisp base. The irresistible sweet-tangy harmony made it a perfect holiday sharing dish for family and friends.
For dessert, the Sea Salt Raclette Cheese Gelato enchanted guests with its captivating sweet-salty harmony, delivering a truly unforgettable finale. Also on offer were the fragrant Christmas Yule Log Cake and the ever-popular Christmas Gingerbread Man Cookies, together providing the perfect sweet ending to a memorable meal. Beyond these, seafood aficionados can delight in a changing assortment of ice-fresh catches, like Oysters (Dinner), Lobster (Dinner), Mussels (Lunch & Dinner), Shrimp (Lunch & Dinner), and Clams (Lunch & Dinner).
Special Festive Programs: The buffet dinner on 24 and 25 December includes delightful party gifts, a festive Santa Claus parade, an enchanting magic show, and a whimsical balloon- twisting clown for family-friendly fun.

The Seafood buffet not only offers unlimited Fresh Oyster, Boston Lobsters, Snow Crab Legs and Sashimi, but now also includes Spanish 24 months air-dried Iberian ham with honeydew melon. Additionally, there is a delightful selection of Chinese and Western hot dishes as slow cooked Sirloin Steak, Dim Sum and Seafood Platters.
