Shared Singapore Attractions Transfers from Hotel

most reccommended for free hassle transfer from hotel to USS vice versa.

The driver added a line the day before and didn't respond when I sent a message to inquire. The pick-up location was not at the front door of my hotel. He parked in the alley behind. I asked the hotel staff to ask for help and hurried to the alley behind to find the connecting minibus. I asked about the return pick-up location and was told that they would take photos and send them to me, but they didn’t. On the return trip, I was waiting in the pick-up area. I was about to give up waiting. Fortunately, the driver came to see me and was not the driver who picked me up in the morning. In short... the service attitude needs to be improved.

Very convenient way to get to see all of Singapore Zoo, River Wonders and Night Safari. My driver was very pleasant and arrived on time to both Hotel and Zoo pickups. Would highly recommend family and friends

On time service ,Great Driver ,Pick up timing were perfect. but must say when they were late then its fine but if we were late by chance so they cant wait for you.

I don’t know if the driver did it on purpose. Even though I was the only passenger, he asked me to walk to another hotel in the lane behind when picking up the bus. When I asked about the pick-up location on the way back, he said it was not where I got off the bus and that he would take a photo and send it to me, but he didn’t send it to me either. Not wanting to wait until 8:45 pm, I took the MRT back to the hotel by myself.

Klook customer service and the driver are very friendly. There is no local phone number in Singapore. The customer service reminds the driver to use WhatsApp to contact me. The driver will notify in advance before arriving at the hotel that there are only 8 seats in a car, so there is no pressure. It only takes half an hour from the hotel to the zoo, which is very convenient.
