- Companies/groups are welcome to book the space, the studio can accommodate up to 10 people
- The work cannot be taken away on the same day. It will take two to three days to dry. You can make an appointment to pick it up at the studio or pay by SF Express.

- Please arrive at the studio on time. No make-up time will be made for latecomers. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to class.
- If you arrive early, please wait in the lobby of the building instead of waiting in the studio.
- The studio will provide slippers for you to wear to keep the floor clean. Please change into slippers before entering the studio.
- Water or tea will be provided in the painting room for you to drink.
- Please keep the studio clean at all times, including desktops, painting tools and personal items. *After the workshop is completed, if you need additional time, a fee of $60 per half hour will be charged. Please estimate your time in advance to avoid overtime charges.
- Once the order is confirmed, workshops cannot be switched. Please consider your options carefully before enrolling.
- If you need to change the appointment time, we provide a free change opportunity, but you need to notify us 24 hours before the original time. *No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations.
- We recommend that you arrange your time in advance to ensure that you can attend the workshop smoothly.
