The fee includes a Chinese/English speaking driver, luggage allowance, insurance provided by the operator, bridge tolls, parking fees, tunnel tolls (the Western Harbor Crossing requires a surcharge of HKD60), etc.; the fee does not include attraction ticket, children's chairs, surcharges, etc.

- Each suitcase shall not exceed 55cm x 35cm x 22cm. The dimensions include wheels, handles, and side pockets
- Oversized and excess baggage are subjected to the availability of storage space on the vehicle and may be caused a surcharge, you can make the special request upon checkout

- Same day re-schedule are subject to operator's availabilities. A surcharge of HKD150 will be required
- Kindly note that a baby/child seat is not mandatory under HK law. Please indicate your request under the "Notes" portion upon check out

- Holiday Surcharge (please pay the driver in cash): An additional HKD 100 will be charged on January 1, April 17-22, and December 20-31, 2025. During the New Year period: An additional HKD 150 will be charged on January 1, 2026, February 13-19, 2026 and December 22-31, 2026.
- Service Hours: 24 hours; There will be an additional charge of HKD 100 for pick-up and drop-off services between 23:30 and 6:30.
- 30 minutes of free waiting time; an additional charge of HKD 50 will apply for every 10 minutes thereafter.

Tip: From the MTR entrance, go straight, then turn right. You’ll see the blue “P” parking sign on your right—that’s where the pick-up area is. Check your assigned parking number and you’re good to go. There’s also a helpful map near the MTR entrance—look for the “You Are Here” mark to guide you. Super worth it! After a long, tiring day at Disneyland, booking 3 private cars was the best decision we made. All drivers arrived on time, no hassle, and even showed up together—perfect timing and coordination. Made the trip back smooth and stress-free. So convenient after a full day of walking.
