This museum is restricted to children aged 10 (inclusive) or under, or those under 130 cm in height.

Tom Baby encourages parent-child interaction. To ensure the safety of children playing, every child entering the park must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) throughout their visit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Upon entry, both parents and children must have their forehead temperature measured, remove their shoes, put on socks, and clean their hands before entering (if you need to purchase socks, please inquire at the service desk).

If you have a fever (forehead temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius), enterovirus, or other infectious diseases or special medical conditions, to protect the rights of other children, you will not be allowed to enter.

Before entering, please remove any sharp objects or fragile items (such as glasses, hairpins, or pins) from children to prevent injury. Parents are requested to have young children wear diapers to maintain cleanliness within the venue.

Each customer entering will be provided with a locker for their use. Please keep valuables with you at all times. Tom Beibei only provides storage space and is not responsible for safekeeping. We are not liable for any loss or damage.

Eating and drinking (including water) are strictly prohibited inside the venue. For needs such as breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or changing diapers and clothes, please consult the on-site service staff. Pets and dangerous items are strictly prohibited in this museum.

Please follow the instructions of on-site staff and the rules for using the play equipment. If rough behavior such as fighting, arguing, pushing, or actions that may cause injury occur, and staff warnings are ineffective, the individuals will be asked to leave.

If you find that a child is unwell, please assist in immediately notifying the service staff.

All teaching aids or equipment in the museum are for use within the premises only. Please cherish and share resources with others. Parents are requested to guide children to develop the good habit of returning items to their original place after use. If any damage is found, please notify the service staff and do not take items out of the premises without authorization. Compensation will be required for any damage.

Please complete the departure procedures within the stipulated time. For delays exceeding 10 minutes, an additional 200 yuan token will be charged per hour. Detailed charging regulations are subject to on-site announcements.

This site is covered by public liability insurance.

This activity is not an invoice issued for on-site consumption on the day (the invoice has been issued by Klook), so the invoice cannot be used for parking discounts in the museum.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
