Daily Snorkeling Trip at Koh Nangyuan & Koh Tao Start from Koh Samui or Koh Phangan

Easy full day trip with beach relaxing and nice snorkeling. Coral is not the best, nor a lot but you can see plenty of fish and water is clean and clear. You can relax on the wonderful double-sided white and beach as well. transportation is with a big catamaran which means it's comfortable and they have air conditioning. They will switch you to a smaller boat for first snorkeling and that's a bit tricky to get into and they don't have those stairs. But you can skip that and just relax on Nang Yuan beach or walk up to the viewing point. Lunch is buffet but selection is not huge: rice, stir fried and watermelon. They only provide 2 soft drinks/ water for the entire trip, extra you have to buy

Best trip ever. Very nice and helpfull people and everything was well organized. It is a great opportunity to make new friends. If you have a chance to do this trip "do it".

It was a honeymoon with my wife and the first full-scale itinerary of our first trip to Southeast Asia. It could have been a bit tiring to travel by boat, but I was satisfied with both the service and the snorkeling of the natural scenery. Our guide, David, was very kind.

It was fun. The guides are also very kind. However, it would be nice if you let us know in advance whether or not the activity is going on.

Communication was poor, so we didn’t have high expectations from the outset, however the experience of being able to snorkel and swim in a clean environment without a huge amount of other tourists around was excellent. The boats that we used were well equiped and the staff were efficient and spoke English well enough. Included light breakfast and lunch were a nice touch. Our return boat had a problem so we had an extra hour before getting back to Koh Samui as we needed to change boats to one that worked. Return accomodation transfer was a bit too wild for my liking, but we made it, so I guess that’s something. If you’re looking for a ‘no frills’ kind of experience, but away from the main tourist track, then this is a good choice!

One star is dedicated to the lady at the counter who didn't pick up and drop off on time at an event time that did not conform to reality. It was written at 6:45 that people would come and people would come and said that I had to wait ten minutes earlier. I waited for a long time. No one came and said that I should be released. At 7:20, the driver came and I was the only one in the car. The driver said he was notified. Pick me up at 7:15. After I got to the port, I just kept waiting for me to get bored and go to the city to walk around the counter. There was a lady with a stinky face at the counter. I needed to write an insurance document and I didn't have a passport number. The lady at the counter told me to go back to the ticket gate at 8:30. I also confirmed with him many times that 8:30 was 'here (ticket)' and he kept telling me that at 8:20 there was someone riding a motorcycle saying that they were They are all looking for my boat to leave. It was only later discovered that the ship boarded at the port at 8:30. Except for the lady at the counter and the driver, other tours went smoothly, but the driver didn't come in the morning and kept waiting blindly, and no one answered the phone left on the event page. The klook customer service couldn't be contacted before 7 o'clock. I just wanted to arrange the trip in advance, but at that moment I really felt that my trip was in vain... But luckily the driver finally came😔

I've been to a lot of travel packages and free tours, but by far the worst!!! Shouldn't you think about caring for the end if the schedule was not properly carried out due to a company error and you changed it? The employee in charge said he left the company two days ago, and the tour quality is really, really cheap... I don't think there's any objection to the fact that it's the worst among brokerages through agencies!!! How on earth do you take a commission from the middle to run a tour of this quality? Klook really needs to wake up!!! I received a lot of bad reviews from blog reviews, but I still didn't trust the blog completely, so I chose Klook, but I'll confirm that my choice was the worst.. I won't use Klook again!! If you apply for this tour, I absolutely oppose it!!! Do not apply!!!
