Purchase and reservation process:
- Purchase your activity Pass and ensure that you’re logged in. You can access log in on the top right of the screen where your username is
- Check the package details for all terms and conditions relating to the pass, each activity has its own terms and conditions, please be reminded to check carefully and confirm the reservation time with the service provider directly for redemption / book on Klook platform
- Go to 'My bookings' in your account to activate your pass and reserve a date for the activity
- Select the date for reservation of the activity (The date is for reference only, please reserve the activity time with service provider directly within validity/other reservation procedure stated in activity terms and conditions)
- You will then receive confirmation of your reservation voucher
- Each activity can be redeemed once only for one Klook pass

Kiztopia, Singapore's largest award-winning children's indoor playground, has arrived at New Town Plaza in Shatin. The 12,000-square-foot indoor playground has as many as 15 play experience areas, including a professional experience area, and 8 giant arcades that can reach a height of about two stories. The slide climbing area, 600-foot bouncing castle, etc. allow children to learn through games!

There are a lot of people on Thursday, and the place is big enough. My children and I both play on the slides. It takes an hour to catch up. In some places, we just need to clock in, and there is not enough time to play. It is recommended to buy a 2-hour package ticket and will go again.
