Pacific Place “Orbstellar Metaspace” - Terms and Conditions
Attendance at “Orbstellar Metaspace” is subject to the below terms and conditions.
Customer and Ticket Purchasing Notice:
- The experience is limited to 50 minutes per session.
- Public ticket sales start on 1 August 2022. Tickets can only be purchased online at Klook via electronic payments.
- Please ensure that the input information is correct, and the ticket information is not subject to modification.
- All tickets and promo codes are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts. A maximum of 10 tickets can be included in each purchase order. Shoppers must input the promo code during checkout at Klook to enjoy the discount.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In case of inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances, reservations will be cancelled automatically and will not be rescheduled.
- Each ticket or QR code on the confirmation email can only be used once and shall be presented upon entry. Tickets will not be re-issued in case of loss or expiry.
- Entry will be granted only on the date and time stated on the ticket or confirmation email. Visitors must arrive and vacate the premises during the times listed on their ticket. Expired tickets will not be refunded or exchanged.
- The right of admission is reserved by Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited. Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children under the age of 3 do not need to purchase tickets.
- Purchases of ticket(s) and/or merchandise are not entitled to Pacific Place shopping rewards redemptions, parking promotions and above points registration.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial packages or at a premium, nor may they be packaged or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
- This exhibition contains bright, flashing lights and/or imagery which may not be suitable for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Moving images may also cause dizziness and/or vertigo for some visitors.
- All reasonable precaution measures have been implemented in the venue. Each participant voluntarily accepts and acknowledges the inherent and other risks associated with the use of or participation in “Orbstellar Metaspace”, as well as all other risks, all risks of which an ordinary prudent person is or should be aware, and all risks of which the participant is warned pursuant to these terms and conditions.
- Swire Properties Management Limited, XCEPT Limited, and its agents will not be responsible for any loss (including but not limited to, direct, indirect, or consequential losses), bodily or physical injury, harm, or death that may be caused by, arise, result from, or be attributable to the use of or participation in “Orbstellar Metaspace”.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring the safety of their personal belongings. Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited are not liable for any loss of or damage to participants' belongings.
- Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited reserve the right to cancel and reschedule “Orbstellar Metaspace” sessions, change the number of participants or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to participants.
- Personal information collected will only be used for registration confirmation, admission and verification purposes, all information will be kept highly confidential. With the consent of participants, the personal information will also be used by Swire Properties Management Limited to provide direct marketing materials in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Participant agrees that the naming of planets applied to the “Orbstellar Metaspace” co-created artwork must not contain offensive language and/or word(s), any remarks of hatred, attack, contempt or discrimination in any respect (including but not limited to races, colours, genders, languages, religions, political or other opinions, nationalities and identities), and must not in any way violate the applicable laws and regulations. Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited are not responsible nor shall be held accountable for the naming of planets applied to the “Orbstellar Metaspace” co-created artwork and reserve the right to remove or not display any planets deemed inappropriate.
- Swire Properties Management Limited is not the issuing party behind any merchandise and/or non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) available at “Orbstellar Metaspace” and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality of any merchandise and NFTs.
- Upon purchase of tickets, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions from Swire Properties Management Limited and XCEPT Limited.
Epidemic Prevention Notice:
- Visitors will be required to show their Vaccine Pass upon entry. Visitors aged 18+ are required to have two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Visitors aged 12-17 are required to have one dose of the vaccine if within 6 months from first dose and second dose if after 6 months from the first dose.
- Under the Vaccine Pass arrangement, visitors can use the latest version of the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app to store their vaccination record, that is, the electronic vaccination QR code, or the QR code of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate issued by a doctor.
- All visitors must scan the QR code of the LeaveHomeSafe mobile app to record details of attendance.

- who is subject to compulsory quarantine arrangement according to the HKSAR Government’s requirement on the date of entry.
- who is feeling unwell or is displaying any symptoms of sickness such as fever (>=37.5°C), a cough, a sore throat or shortness of breath.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Swire Properties Management Limited shall be final and conclusively binding.
- In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

It's an immersive experience worth visiting. There are two options for the game location outside. It's quite exciting. Before entering, you can scan the QR code to create a star through the app. After entering, you can see the finished mirror on the screen. Your stay in the room is limited, but it's quite exciting. Awesome, a good experience

What a surprise, there is a fantastic art installation at the entrance of the shopping mall, and the focus is on the creation of a team from Hong Kong people! Usually they are all art museums, and of course it is a plus for the local creations of foreign artists bla bla bla, but I really see a lot of attention and detail. The window design is already cyber, and as soon as you enter the entrance, you will see two robotic arms, super-sized, and you will feel like you are in space right away! Many special editions of souvenir are quite unusual, with AR filter and 3D printing, so futuristic! When you enter, you first go to their website to design your own planet. You don’t need to download an app for the right position! It’s really good to have a web base. As soon as you enter, there are already some expansion stones for you to choose by default, and advanced gameplay can be on the wall Scan the qr code unlock of the physical ore above. This stone seems to be a solid stone, and its name and characteristics are very solid. I don't know if it has a deep meaning? No matter how advanced you are, you can sit low on a bench and shoot ore, choke a joystick and fly around in space, it's really fun, and most TVs are really immersive in front of you~ Passing through a black hole like stranger things ( This laser is super pretty but hard to see, and it's satisfying to watch it on the spot), I entered a main universe, and soon I saw a planet with its own name appearing, but in fact, no name seems to show such a beautiful mirror room haha There is infinity effect, Dr. Strange, there are some places that really feel like they are floating in space~ After a round of floating, you can leave the White Hole by yourself, and the visual impact is big when you step out, an all-white space, and the ending is An infinity mirror, how interesting is the meaning, crossing another endless portal? The whole process is of course very rich in visual effects. In fact, I heard different music in different areas to create an atmosphere. There are many small bits to chew carefully. You can think about the symbolic meaning behind it. There are secret geometry patterns that are suspected of being a flower of life, and spar with symbols of different energies. In fact, this installation art is not meant to talk about the spiritual level? But art is fun as long as you think it’s relevant. It’s a lot of fun to play the game when you see the small road. One of the interesting parts. Within 50 minutes, you can choose how long to stay in each area at will, and you can even turn around again, which is really good! $120 for free days is really worth it, and local creations need to be supported even more! Remember to fully charge the fork, it will affect the phone without power.
A nice mix of science and art, family-friendly celestial experience. It was super fun! Such a perfect activity for kids summer holiday and also one of the coolest Hong Kong Instagrammable spots. We love it!

Not very recommended. There were not many people when I went there, only 4-5 people, but the environment is not big, so it doesn't feel spacious. As long as there are other people in the immersed position, the image will not be reflected. The image will be afraid of affecting others, and if it is not reflected, it will block the shadow of other people.
Stunning visuals!! The metaspace galaxy was really immersive. My session wasn’t crowded at all, my friend and I enjoyed seeing our own planets a lot. As sci-fi fan, I have to say my favourites are the black hole and white hole, love the Space Odyssey vibes🚀 Really like the choice of soundtracks throughout as well.
The dreamy interstellar journey is different from other exhibitions in that the planets inside are DIYed by visitors first, so each group of participants should not see 100% identical installation art. Although the space is not big, the number of people is well controlled. The 360-degree 4D immersive experience is a little dizzy in the space. The time is 50 minutes and it is a bit unfinished, but the real mobile phone is very special.
You can DIY your own planet by registering the left QR code when you enter the venue~ *First, you will play a game like a lunar adventure. Sit on the seat and use the joystick to move to collect different elements. After playing, you will use a QR code scan and then collect the When you add elements to your own planet, you will pass through a tunnel with a laser and then beep the QR code. You can present yourself in a DIY planetary room. When you enter the room, you will see yourself in the universe and all the planets are buried together. The star LED lights will keep turning, you can check in with your own planet, and the staff will ignore it haha, but you can endure a little bit of dizziness
